I offer private and group childbirth preparation classes to clients and their partners. For first baby couples, group classes offer opportunities to build community among other clients choosing homebirth. Private, one-day refresher classes offer a more condensed class for second and third baby couples. Topics in both classes include: partner support, positions for labor and birth, pain coping techniques, creating birth art, dreamwork and journaling, complications of labor and birth, what the hospital has to offer, birth videos, story sharing and more.
